The short answer: Ask what's included, what the deposit is, who sets up, and what happens to your data. A good rental company answers all of it in writing before you pay.

| Is delivery and set-up included? | Yes, except Classic Memory Booth (self-collection, or +$80). |
| How much is the deposit? | $100 to $300, refundable, back within 24 hours of collection. |
| How do I secure a date? | $50 reservation fee if the event is 2 or more months away. |
| Is GST added? | No. We are not GST-registered. |
| Are there area charges? | $20 for far areas such as Sentosa and Tuas. |
| Who owns the photos or videos? | You. Private by default, shared only if you say yes. |
| Can I change my booking? | Add add-ons up to 2 months before, remove up to 7 days before. |
