How to design stickers for your event: size, files and tips

The short answer: Our stickers are die-cut to the shape of your design and about 6cm across. Send up to 4 designs as PNG, JPG or PDF. Keep shapes bold and text big, because 6cm is small.

Tips for artwork that works at 6cm

1. Bold and simple

   One clear shape or character reads better than a busy scene.

2. Big text, few words

   A name, a date or a short phrase. Small text gets hard to read.

3. Thick lines

   Fine lines and tiny details disappear at this size.

4. A clean outline

   Die-cutting follows your shape, so a simple outline cuts neatly.

5. Highest quality file

   Send the original file, not a screenshot or a photo of a print.

How to send your designs

1. Book

   Pick a Keepsake Bar package or a bundle.

2. Upload

   Add designs when you book or later in Manage my booking.

3. Deadline

   Change them until 1 month before your event.

No artwork? Choose "Please design it for me", add up to 4 example images and tell us what you'd like. You get up to 3 rounds of changes.

Can the 4 designs be different?

Yes. Use up to 4 different designs. On the Duo, the 4 are shared between stickers and tattoos.

Which file is best?

A PNG or PDF of your original artwork. JPG works too.

Can I change a design after booking?

Yes, in Manage my booking, until 1 month before your event.
